For our developing and fast-growing Branch Office in Bangalore (Karnataka, India), we are looking to hire an extremely motivated and reliable Senior Administrative Executive.

YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE

In the role of Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office operations of our Branch Office in Bangalore (India’s technology capital). You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support with a focus on finance and account operations. Your main duties involve maintaining accounting records for developing areas, analysing and interpreting statistical and accounting information. You will also be assigned to record daily business and advice the management about accounting principles, practices and procedures along the guidelines established by the company and current laws. The role would evolve over time and it could be more specific to one or more activities:

  • Responsible for bookkeeping and reporting.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Performs monthly and annual closings.
  • Tax and regulatory compliance.
  • Interacts with clients/internal people query and resolutions.
  • Provide overall administrative support to business partners.
  • Active contribution to financial planning process.
  • Ensure compliances with local/global applicable regulations and industry practices.
  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
  • Generate various ad-hoc financial reports, analysis or projects as needed.

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

  • Degree in business administration / accounting or finance.
  • Very good knowledge of accounting concepts.
  • IT familiarity and awareness with strong knowledge in MS Office
    (advanced level of Excel is desired).
  • Experience in Financial Audit and in an administrative/office management role.
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with operational systems/tools.

    (ability to engage with the audience).

  • Capacity to recognise, understand and work effectively within a range of different contexts and foreign cultures.
  • Willingness to travel within the country and abroad.
