For our developing and fast-growing Branch Office in Bangalore (Karnataka, India), we are looking to hire a very motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our Indian operations sales team (APAC region).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

Working in strict synergy with our Global Sales Team, as Salesperson you will travel across India to visit customers, present products, follow sales operations and organize sales presentations, demonstrations or benchmarks. You will be in charge for the entire sales process from product presentation to the preparation and follow-up of quotation including contract negotiations. Other responsibilities:

  • Achieve targeted sales growth in assigned territory / customer area.
  • Build relationships with customers to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Responding new customer requirements.
  • Providing full suits of support as per customer requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships by regularly interact to ensure customer’s needs are always met.
  • Manage customer specific projects and documents.
  • Occasionally attends trade fairs, seminars and conferences

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

  • Degree / Diploma in engineering discipline and/or business/economics/marketing, or direct field experience.
  • Proven technical and sales experience in the field of automated Optical Inspections (AOI) would be considered an asset.
  • Preferably + 5 years of relatable and demonstrable sales experience in the electronic production market (machine sales or project sales will be considered a plus).
  • Very good knowledge of the electronic production process.
  • IT literacy
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Availability to travel across all country.

  • Excellent written/oral communication/presentation skills to interface with global, multi-lingual team (in person, by email, on the phone, and/or over video conference).
  • Effective communicator with strong public speaking/presentation aptitude (ability to engage with the audience).
